Disliked: * the room was so small* the wi-fi was bad

Liked: Great location, very smooth check in, staff exceptionally helpful.
Disliked: It was too hot. We couldn't seem to operate the aircon although I'm sure we would have got help if we'd have asked.

Very last minute booking and...

Liked: Devannsha on the desk who checked me in was absolutely lovely and so helpful despite the ungodly hour I arrived at.Very clean and convenient. Booked this as a very last minute thing for work. I was lucky a room came available. Good location a few minutes walk from the station and surrounded by bars /restaurants /fast food and a tesco so you can always grab something. Despite that, my room was quiet and I had a great night sleep. It was very hot but the air con was great and did work. It was fine for a one night pit stop for one, but the room is small and would not really be big enough for a leisurely holiday or 2 people.
Disliked: The bathroom mirror light did not have a turn off switch and I could see light through the door so I had to take the electric card out.

Pleasant enough room but don't...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent and keen to be helpful. They were happy for me to leave my bags behind the reception desk before check-in and the bags were waiting for me in my room when I returned from my meeting that evening.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good value. There were three menu items (which is fine) but very little else if these did not appeal. A small basket of pastries which were not fresh, a few yogurts, no rolls, no fruit. Toast and coffee had to be prepared by the one, overstretched, chef so I had to wait while a room full of menu orders were prepped before I could ask for a second coffee. There were very few cereal options, all in tiny boxes, one chap had to ask if they had a second box of Cornflakes - he was the second person at breakfast after me. There were also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room so my two cups of coffee were my lot.

Liked: Fantastic location and although a small compact room it was clean and very comfortable with all you need. The reception team were lovely and very welcoming.
Disliked: The property tick all the boxes.
