Very good

Liked: Very clean and well laid out; reception was helpful and friendly. Did everything we needed for an overnight stay.

I didn't feel particularly safe...

Liked: Location and proximity to St Pancras the only positive! The room was clean
Disliked: There was no instructional information on the back of my door advising where the closest fire exits were. I went up and asked the Gentleman on Reception where my closest exit was and whilst he informed me where it was, he was rather dismissive and told me 'nothing like that has ever happened' - not the point!The corridors and stairwells are so narrow. Very dangerous if carrying lots of luggage. No lift.Whilst away from the road, in my room down in the basement I heard every tube train that passed.....

Liked: Handy location. Staff are lovely.
Disliked: Being given an awful noisy basement room. Fan blasting 24/7 and sound of the tube trains passing below.

Not worth the money.

Liked: Close to King's Cross, relatively clean
Disliked: 1. Multiple fraud alert, and that staff didn't act immediately, but with some delay.2. Walls are really thin and I could clearly hear some girls talking up to 3 am3. Room with a sky window, without any blinds with the view on corridor above and other flats around; not only lack of privacy, but there's a sensor on that corridor turning light on and off, making it almost impossible to sleep4. Sheets were to big for duvet, making it uncomfortable to sleep.5. No elevator down, only a very narrow corricor, so it's difficult to move if you have heavier luggage. 6. Last but not least - I addressed this complaints via e-mail, but there's no response, and to be honest, I'm not expecting one.
