Convenient location, hard to sleep.

Liked: Great location for St Pancras, clean room and comfortable bed
Disliked: The stairwell was super narrow with no lift, so getting my large suitcase up there was tough. The worst thing was the automatic light in the bathroom, which was so close to the bed it went off every time I rolled over in the night

Very comfortable night

Liked: I'm generally not used to having a good night's sleep in London. Not on this occasion. I can't believe that I was so close to Kings Cross & St Pancras train stations, yet the room I got didn't pick up any of the noise from the area. The room was large, especially for London hotels, and it was extremely clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to note.

Liked: Did not have breakfast. The “compact”room was a real joke. You could literally get a shower, brush your teeth and be on the toilet at the same time. The room is okay (barely) if you’re under 5’7” , however there is nowhere to put luggage. Which means you have to put your dirty luggage on the bed. People were nice- turn this room into something else! I’ve traveled a decent anmiuntvabd stayed in small rooms, this one was an insult for the price. Bad location also. Very creepy part of London

Really convenient, clean and nice...

Liked: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a work trip - bonus the shower pressure was great.
Disliked: The only negative was the noise - the walls and floors were very thin and I could hear anything and everything happening inside and outside the hotel but that can't really be helped.
