Great location, small (but adequate)...

Liked: Staff are very welcoming and helpful Rooms are clean and provide you with bottled water, and ear plugs (presumably to block out the train noise)
Disliked: Some small changes could improve this a lot …providing hooks in the bathroom to hand towels on, providing a fan (our room in the basement was very hot and the air conditioning did not cool it down effectively)

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: Very very dusty, and also we booked a room thinking it would be similar to the photos but we were put in the smallest room in the place. So small you can go from one side to the other in 6 steps. Did mention to the receptionist this isn’t what we chose but was told they couldn’t move us.

Just for one night is...

Liked: - The location is great close to central stations and to many restaurants and stores.- Easy to reach other areas in London.- The room was clean.- WiFi was good.- Staff helped with moving my luggage down/up stairs.
Disliked: - Breakfast was very poor with limited choices (the chef was very polite though).- I arrived earlier than check-in time by one hour, although the room was available they charged me 10 pounds for early check-in! Honestly, this is very unusual and was not a nice thing.- They charge you 25 GBP by card as insurance and refund it after check-in! Again unusual never had that during several stays at UK.- They didn’t help with booking a taxi to the airport.- When I was leaving, the staff didn’t try to help with getting my luggage outside!

Liked: Clean ,comfortable and welcoming.

Very good

Liked: Perfect location, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Good restaurants, cafés and pubs in the vicinity.
Disliked: Central London: pricey rooms that are on the small side.

I would never stay again...

Liked: Close to my grandson
Disliked: My room was underground, terrible shower, steep stairs with very bad rail
