Liked: Rooms was spacious and clean Staff was friendly and helpfull
Disliked: Bed wasn't comfortable and rooms are outdated. Could do with a being modernised slightly

Liked: Great location for shopping and transport. The square outside can be noisy.
Disliked: The wifi isn't strong.

Liked: Good location close to the station and next to the minster
Disliked: Although a fan was provided, there's no real way of opening the windows beyond a small slit Could be brought up to more modern standard. Breakfast seems a little disjointed and could have some more attentiveness

All in all a pleasant...

Liked: Staff lovely really nice breakfast easy to train station and shops pubs restaurant etc
Disliked: Bed and pillows let this property down other guests we were talking too said the same
