The hotel staff were very...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and staff were helpful.
Disliked: No hot water for a shower first night and following morning. Apparently there was a problem throughout the Hotel but we weren’t told until we went to the desk. No compensation was offered.

A fantastic stay at a...

Liked: I can't emphasis enough the tremendous stay we had. The hotel upgraded us to a jr. suite and the accommodations were outstanding. The staff was also outstanding, and the customer always came first. The food in the Tea Room was great and had a wide selection. The staff brought breakfast within 10 minutes of ordering. We got a complimentary foot bowl one night to soak our feet after a long day that was totally unexpected. They had a free happy hour from 6-7 pm every night with a great selection to choose from. The bartender Jay was great, and the concierge Jon worked to make suggestions for everyday of our visit.
Disliked: Nothing!
