Other this no complaints
Liked: Great location and Vibe.
Disliked: They mentioned 72 square meters size of the suite but in actual it was about half of the size. So in that regard we felt a bit cheated. When u made a fuss about it they showed us the other suites available and we chose a bigger one then.

Peaceful oasis in the middle...
Liked: Fantastic boutique hotel ideally located within walking distance to Buckingham Palace and other London must see attractions.

Nice but expensive
Liked: Breakfast is awesome and so is the service. The staff is friendly and helpful and goes out of their way to make guests comfortable
Disliked: Was assigned a tiny room which had no space to move and was less than the stated 25sqmtrs that was advertised. When I complained was assigned a better room but had to spend the night in the horrible room and pack all over against to move which was painful. Expect more honesty from the Taj group

Poor
Liked: .The Hotel was good enough to take care of my luggage. The staff are kind.
Disliked: However the Hotel itself is poor. The lifts are regularly unavailable or have long waits. Further the room service team rushes us out to clean our room. Bluntly its not the fault of the room service team - they are told to do this, but better management would be appreciated.
