Liked: Great location right opposite the beach. The food is good and a nice breakfast. I've stayed several times at the St Ives and will always go back. It's clean and comfortable beds. Nice room with a balcony and sea view
Disliked: Children were off school and the children's entertainment wasn't well planned. The children were running in and out of heavy glass doors. We had to let reception know as there could have been an accident. The food could have been hotter

Liked: Staff were great,breakfast were great and meals were great in the restaurant/bar area. Had great fun in the pool and entertainment were fun.
Disliked: Location of the room were too noisy,we were above the swimming pool changing rooms and next to the bar room 36.Wouldn't stay on the ground floor again.Ashame, we didn't know the sauna were closed too.

Liked: The location is very close to the beach.Held festival activities during ours stay.
Disliked: Hand wash and body wash were empty when we checked in. After swimming in the afternoon , we didn’t have body wash for showers. And need to wait till 22:30. The sofa bed was very tiny even a 10 year old couldn’t sleep well in it. And water leak from the ceiling in the room drip to my luggage.
