Great place to stay for a night; staff polite; great location.

Liked: Bar open 24 hrs and restaurant. Staff polite and helpful.
Disliked: Food on arrival - fish and chips in up stairs restaurant over cooked.

Liked: Excellent location. Concierge staff were extremely helpful. Room was basic but spotless and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Liked: I stayed here previously and it was a positive experience . This time it was horrid. The concierge staff were delightful, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfasts were good but the negatives far outweighed those two positives.
Disliked: Cold showers in both rooms for 5 days , a one metre sized shower and a less than safe step in, blocked drains we had to fix ourselves and a rude don’t care attitude from the executive desk staff will ensure we never come again and will tell friends not to either

Liked: location was great. room was basic, clean and comfortable. breakfast was a bit average, although reasonably priced.
Disliked: lifts a bit slow. would have walked down if i could of located the stairs.

Liked: Everything was great. Excellent location, all the staff at reception were very friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were confy. Breakfast had enough choice, hotel also has a nice bar that is open late and was perfect for an evening drink.
