Liked: Excellent location. Concierge staff were extremely helpful. Room was basic but spotless and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Liked: Everything the hotel and room were perfect for us the staff were really friendly and helpful telling us how to get to places. The food in the hudsons bar and the breakfast in sage and grill were lovely too and the staff in both of them were also really helpful and friendly. Will be definitely be going back hopefully in August for a few days.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Simple, clean accommodation
Liked: The room was very clean.Staff were very polite & well presented.
Disliked: Very slow check-in even though not busy at the time we arrived. No vegetarian options offered on hotel menu - excluding salad. Only bottom sheet on beds with a VERY heavy quilted throw on top.

Liked: Location was brilliant, 2 minute walk (if that!) from Tottenham Court Road station
Disliked: The room was very small for the price we paid and I didn?t feel there were enough amenities in the room to be comfortable but I?m unsure if this was due to covid restrictions etc

Liked: Lovely room and bedding
Disliked: The room was lovely, but the lobby for the entire time we were there smelt like what I can only guess were dead rats, staff were even seen sniffing elevators trying to locate the source of the smell. Grim to say the least.
