Overall our stay here was...

Liked: There was not one thing to like about this place
Disliked: It was dated, very hot room, smelt musty, has to plunge the shower ourselves as it wouldn't drain. Breakfast was in a box

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Very derty after I come out all my body had allergy of old bed and the security very bad and it cost 80£ for nothing

Disgusting

Liked: Nothing to like at all, checked in and back out within an hour
Disliked: Absolutely filthy, mould and dust everywhere, actual layer of dirt in the carpet. Room was horrendous. Asked for refund, not holding my breath

Liked: The location was very good
Disliked: There was mould everywhere in the room it smelt disgusting i have never stayed in a room like it before i dont think it has been touched since the 1930’s the curtains and net was black with mould i would never recommend to anyone to book this hotel

Passable

Liked: Great location in terms of easy access on foot to B-Palace , Hyde Park, LIttle Venice , Regent's park etc even though Paddington in itself doesn't offer a lot in the way of things to do and see
Disliked: Place needs a bit of a make over , I'm sure it's functional and they turn over enough revenue not to bother but a lick of paint and some modern finishes and it could be totally transformed into a top class little hotel.
