Staff very friendly and helpful...

Disappointing

Not the Ritz but clean...

Liked: Very easy to find and close to a mainline station. Close to many restaurants/ fast food outlets to suit all budgets and ages
Disliked: Parts of the property had clearly been updated and other parts were a bit worn. The breakfast that is included is a box with a few items in it.

Liked: Convenience of position near Paddington
Disliked: Room was awful carpet was terrible ,no hot water,window single glazed and draughty had to sleep in my hoodie ,bed looked like something from local tip and 97 steps to room up winding stairs with luggage was a killer,but booked at last minute and was considerably cheaper than other hotels in area so u get what u pay for

Slept fine but very unclean....

Liked: Close to Paddington station, cheap for London. Breakfast box was convenient so I could shove it in my bag and just go. Only £80 for the night so bed was fine, I slept and it did me for a night.
Disliked: Not clean from the stairs to the hallway. Didn’t even wanna take my socks off when stepping on the floor in my room let alone use the shower. Lock on my room door didn’t work so left me feeling not particularly comfortable especially as a solo traveller. Glad I had an ensuite but even that wasn’t the most clean so I shudder to think about the shared facilities. Even for a cheap hotel it should be cleaner.
