Liked: All the the staff I encountered were polliite and efficient, and helpful.the bathroom had both a shower and a bath, and a place to write. Didn't use the gardens but they looked impressive from my window. Will return
Disliked: To have had my late wife with me to share the enjoyment of the accommodation

Liked: This is an exceptional hotel. The whole stay was very pleasant from start to finish. Nice room, good complementary stuff, excellent breakfast. I also ate there in the evening and the food was both high quality and at a very reasonable rate.
Disliked: Nothing. It was excellent.

Liked: I stay in hotels frequently, both on business and pleasure. I was very pleased with my room. It was well appointed, well furnished, beautifully styled and a good size. The hotel itself is sequestered in a rather hidden but beautiful spot that adds a charm. Classy country house hotel style in the city.
Disliked: I thought the breakfast and it’s room looked a little too traditional and perhaps a little stuffy so I breakfasted elsewhere.
