Disappointing

Liked: Location to Paddington Station but be prepared to listen to it ALL night!
Disliked: Access to room, staff, uncomfortable bed, stuffy, room felt grubby and untidy, noise from underground...

Disliked: The room was hot and had just a fan. The sound insulation was really bad so I couldn't sleep all night long because somebody was making noise in the room in front.

Liked: Super clean, even the shared bathroom looks like a designer bathroom! Comfortable bed, big window and enough space to put all your clothes and belongingsFriendly staff all time and 24h reception.
Disliked: Nothing to complain. I recommend that hotel 10/10
