Friendly good value hotel close...

Liked: Quick and friendly check in most of which done in advance online. Bright and well decorated rooms. Good location in pleasant Norfolk Sq. Close to public transport connections, rail tube and bus routes.
Disliked: No dislikes.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was really convenient for Paddington station so we could get around really easily. It was really clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and efficient. Nicely decorated room and bathroom.
Disliked: We were on the fourth floor which meant that it was incredibly hot (August). There was a fan but it was quite hard to sleep at night.

Liked: The staff were friendly. The room was clean with hot water and a decent shower.
Disliked: The rooms are very basic and the walls are very thin. We were there in peak season so the room was very expensive for what it is. The hotel decor is old and not charming.

Liked: The cleanliness is unmatched and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
Disliked: It was my second stay at this property and unfortunately, the room we got this time was older and less comfortable than the previous time. Since the allocation is subject to availability and a bit of luck, it's still acceptable. I didn't really like the implementation of mandatory, rather high fees for earlier check-ins as little as 60-90 minutes from the regular check-in time, especially when traveling with a person 65+ though.
