Liked: Location close to downtown
Disliked: Cleanliness and general maintenance not up to scratch. Pillowcases extremely threadbare

Liked: Location, heritage building, staff
Disliked: When I tried to check in there was a homeless guy sleeping in the stairwell and I could not check in forr about 1.5 hours.
