Fantastic!

Liked: Beautiful place to stay with a delicious hot breakfast every morning. The fire pit and hot tubs are a great addition. Would highly recommend.

Really comfortable, as the location...

Liked: The look, the feel and the location of it.
Disliked: Jaccuzzi's ourside were too small, discouraged us to even go and check it out.

Luxurious stay in Banff

Liked: The hotel was conveniently situated for the town centre. The room was wonderful and spacious. The hot tub and cold tubs were great. The breakfast was good

Liked: The spa! You can do a full circuit, including a 3 min plunge pool challenge. Staff was also very friendly and the breakfast spread was decent.

Liked: Very helpful staff made the stay a great experience
Disliked: Really didn’t see no problems with property. But if I had to mention one thing is could have. A better variety of cocktails at the bar
