Exceptional

Liked: The hotel rooms were perfect for a family of 5. The available trundle beds provided a place to sleep for all 3 of my kids. The breakfast had a lot of options to satisfy everyone in my family. The staff were friendly and everything went smooth. Every part of the hotel was clean and they did not appear to cut any corners to make the stay perfect.

I'll check into Springhill Suites...

Liked: Very nice breakfast. Room was large with a desk and sofa -- even had a walk-in closet!
Disliked: Son would have liked complimentary water and free snacks at check-in.

It was refreshing and comfortable.

Liked: It was clean and inviting, and the bathroom was very luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was large and had a lot of options, and the hotel is situated within walking distance of several small restaurants.
Disliked: The room was very dark, even with all of the lamps on. Maybe one bright light option would be nice.
