Happy holiday stay in Springhill.

Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. The room was spacious and clean.Would be only too happy to stay there again.

Excellent Staff

Liked: Breakfast is excellent, and staff were great, but Ralph Sewell was awesome. On Sunday morning he greeted me, good morning Mr. Sims. How many people are going to remember your name the next day? April 19=20 stay

Will stay again! Super nice...

Liked: Rooms were very cold, which is a very big plus for us. Other than the beds, everything was great. Hot water in the shower, pressure was great, AC was awesome, and the staff was super nice. Will stay again and try a different bed next time.
Disliked: The beds were not all that comfy; we had double beds so the first night we slept in one bed and we both rolled to one side, so we switched beds the next night and it was kind of lumpy.

Liked: Good value for money. Accross the street from the Grapevine Mills mall (5 min walk).Super friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is decent for a small hotel. Nice and spacious rooms, clean. Free hotel shuttle that takes you anywhere within 5 miles.

Good for an overnight stay,...

Liked: Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. It was easy walk to the mall.
Disliked: Limited breakfast, no bar or restaurant.

Liked: The staff were great. Breakfast was a little limited with the only type of eggs being scrambled. The bed was too soft for me. I developed neck and back ache from it.
