Liked: The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was great.
Disliked: I ordered the hotel solely on the premise that there was an amazing pool and hot tub. After paying full price and asking where the pool was, I found out that the pool was closed and we were not able to use it. There was no mention of it before we booked the stay. Furthermore, in the special requests section, I put that I would like a bouquet of fresh flowers and some dark chocolate left in the room before we arrived. I was emailed back by booking and said that my request was no problem and would be done. It was not done to my dismay. All of these expectations that I wanted in my stay were not met .

Liked: I liked how fancy the hotel was. At nice, quiet, and comfortable location. Big rooms with super nice bathrooms and good lighting. Staff was friendly and free breakfast!
