Hotel is nice, but noise from interstate and planes overhead was irritating. Elevators were not working. Staff was nice. They do charge a convenience fee which is not listed on. That was irritating since I only slept there. Pool was closed as well.

Disliked: I was charged a convenience fee upon checkout, and I did not use any conveniences. Convenience fee was not mentioned when I booked the hotel.

Liked: Staff responded to negative issues very quickly and offered solutions. Staff was very professional and friendly; the hotel was clean and the location was convenient.
Disliked: Fitness Center was undergoing a renovation and my room did not have hot water.

Some of the nicest and most helpful people are employed at this hotel. And when I left my favorite pillow, I called and they immediately knew my name, had my pillow and ready to ship it back to me. That is customer service!

Liked: Superior client service!

Disliked: Two security guards woke us up at 3 a.m. to gunfire.

Disliked: The whole lobby/hallway smelled like weed. The mattresses / floor didn’t look clean. Bedding needed updating. Hole in pillowcase. Thick dust on bottom shelf of TV cabinet.

Disliked: It didn’t have sheets for the hid-a-bed in the room. The staff at times was no where to be found. The hot water didn’t work. The room phone was broken and so was the tv remote.

Disliked: the room was decent except for the bathroom tub hadbeen clean it had ring around it the tv couldnt keep a signal wasn't able to watch it i have to prove it to breakfast was trash what hotel dont have a waffle maker and also the pool was closed very unacceptable i was supposed to be there for 5days i checked out after the first night very un happy not satisfied at all

Disliked: The proclaimed restaurant isn’t really a restaurant I don’t think It’s only outdoors You can order off a small menu to eat inside but the prices weren’t listed and it was expensive for what you got
