Great, comfortable stay!

Liked: Everything was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious for my family of 4. Breakfast was great for being free!

Disliked: Dear Management,I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the unacceptable experience we had during our stay on August 20, 2025.    •    Unclean Room: Upon arrival, our room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty, and we had to specifically request new ones. I am attaching a photo for reference.    •    Lack of Amenities: The toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner were not refilled. Although we were staying at a hotel, we were forced to purchase these items ourselves, which should never have been necessary.    •    Front Desk Response: Despite multiple complaints, the front desk did not take action to resolve our concerns. Instead, we were only given an apology by front desk who showed no genuine remorse or willingness to address the situation.    •    Overall Service: The overall service and cleanliness fell far below the standards expected.This stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the basic standards of hospitality or customer care. We ask that you review our concerns and provide an appropriate resolution for the poor service and experience we received.
