Liked: Layout.

One thing that was not made clear is that you have to pay for parking - $25.00 a day.

Liked: Great beds; clean room.
Disliked: Pay for parking.

Liked: Breakfast Buffet.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Bathroom had not been cleaned; stains on carpet; no trash bags in trashcans. We had stayed here to use the shuttle to our concert and our destination was 3.2 miles, but they said their shuttle only went 3 miles. We then had to drive. Very disappointed.

Location was superb for Stage AE. Walking distance to a lot of different attractions/shops and beautiful scenery.

Liked: Room setup; front desk; breakfast; comfort of bed.

Worst hotel ever!

Liked: This hotel is neither well managed nor well kept. We met our room door open when we arrived. The refrigerator was not cleaned out. The freezer was frozen and packed with accumulated ice from previous use. The toilet would not flush. The staff attending to breakfast was singing at the top of her voice. One of the receptionists sat right by the entrance of the hotel in uniform, smoking. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Won't be coming back and not recommended.
Disliked: Everything. The only good thing about this hotel is probably the location.

Liked: The comfort and the spacious rooms were really good!
Disliked: The staff could've been efficient, the whole check-in took more than an hour unnecessarily by not so technical staff especially in the payment. The property was charging 27$ / day for parking which is really expensive and it wasn't mentioned anywhere until you get to the main lobby

Disliked: The staff at the desk upon arrival was more concerned with watching the Pirates game on the computer then they were to check me in ... they were very vague with hotel details

Liked: Very nice room.
Disliked: Front desk staff. Called the day before and asked about checking in earlier which the man said I could do. When we got there I was not allowed and the lady was very rude about it.
