One thing that was not made clear is that you have to pay for parking - $25.00 a day.

Liked: Great beds; clean room.
Disliked: Pay for parking.

Liked: Breakfast Buffet.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Bathroom had not been cleaned; stains on carpet; no trash bags in trashcans. We had stayed here to use the shuttle to our concert and our destination was 3.2 miles, but they said their shuttle only went 3 miles. We then had to drive. Very disappointed.

Won't stay here again

Liked: Convenience to stadium
Disliked: The staff at the desk upon arrival was more concerned with watching the Pirates game on the computer then they were to check me in ... they were very vague with hotel details

Superb

Liked: Very nice room.
Disliked: Front desk staff. Called the day before and asked about checking in earlier which the man said I could do. When we got there I was not allowed and the lady was very rude about it.

Nice staff, parking lot needs...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Close to PNC park.
Disliked: Parking was definitely an issue. Seemed to have minimal spots available. We had an F150 pick up truck and had difficulty parking with the narrow isles.

Disappointing

Liked: Location of Hotel, this is one of our favorites to stay in.
Disliked: Toilet was dirty and there were 2 shampoos and 1 body wash in the shower, no conditioner.
