Disliked: I booked a room with two queens beds, but the reception said they don’t have it. Booking.com did not send them two beds. I paid extra for two beds only to get one bed.

Room was comfortable but water...

Liked: Property’s water was going to be shut off staff noted they attempted to email us a day prior to arrival via email not phone. Upon check in advised of water shut off the next day which is a problem when you planned to stay the weekend and we had to ask for them to try to help us find other accommodations last minute.

Liked: Staff was amazing all the way around, from front desk to the breakfast staff. I slept so well that I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, which was worth it :)

Liked: “I had a great experience with this property. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.
Disliked: The property was clean, which I appreciated, but my overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I encountered hidden fees that were not communicated upfront. Additionally, my room had trash under the bed, which made me question the cleanliness. I was too tired to request a new room, but it was frustrating. When my kids asked for a blanket, the receptionist gave off a bad vibe, making the experience uncomfortable. I just wanted to get through the night and leave. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.
