1) Took me an hour to find! My wife was ready to burst into tears - directions were terrible. 2) Pool was closed - there was water everywhere, including elevator! 3) Breakfast place was a mess. 4) Loud and noisy - could not sleep. 5) Painting being done in the lobby area - tough to smell that paint at night before rest!
Disliked: Yes. I never respond to these, but in this case i had to do it!

Liked: Everything was as perfect considering the virus situation
Disliked: Wrong timing really cause of certain rules we couldn?t get in the pool or have breakfast but I appreciate the bag of fruit n water

Disliked: With chaos goin on in the world i was suprised at the perfection of the our suites. Although the young lady at checkin was rude and ill mannered we over looked it and enjoyed our stay!

Disliked: That I booked a room for 3 people and it wasn't enough towels and rags. And breakfast sucked sorry
