Disliked: Room was way too small. Bathroom was difficult to get in and out of. Internet didn’t work for two days.

Liked: The bed was excellent, very comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was rich and varied, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and cereals.

Disliked: Door into the bathroom didn't have a lock, nor did it even click closed. Laundry request form was confusing to read. Pillows were hard pillows

Liked: Perfect location to theaters, times square, resturaunts and easy parking. Loved the large lobby to relax in and the available refreshments throughtout the day. Excellent staff and service.
Disliked: The bathroom was very tight, the room was maximized and we expected a "cozy" NYC room but would have liked a little bigger bathroom.
