Very good

good location, clean, comfortable

Liked: I liked the location, walking distance to Penn Station (7 min), 2 minutes to another metro station, walking distance to Chelsea, the room is clean, the shower is good stream and hot, enough towels, the bed is comfortable, the staff are nice and efficient. The room smelled good.
Disliked: It's a small room, but just as advertised so no surprises. The pillows are thin (I like more substance), the air conditioner was very noisy (but honestly, we should have told them and given them the chance to fix it, we were so tired that we just decided to shut it off, so it's also on us)

Great little stay Hotel was...

Liked: The views from the rooms looking out towards Downtown Manhattan are spectacular.
Disliked: Not much

Forgettable, previous hotels much better

Disliked: Selling as a suite, but not much more than an average size hotel room.Very noisy A/CSliding door on a bathroom not very nice

Decent budget option but don’t...

Liked: Very central location and close to (1) subway stop and (2) tons of restaurants. The street is full of flowers and plants as 28th street is also NYC’s wholesale plant market.
Disliked: Terrible, crowded lobby and very small rooms—we couldn’t even find room for our suitcases. Staff was rude: at check-in, a staff member challenged me when I told her I’d already paid (which I had, and supplied proof).

We had a great time!...

Liked: Very clean and convenient. We were on 26th floor and the vue was amazing
Disliked: Wait at the lift

Exceptional

Not disappointed at all, but...

Liked: Staff was all super helpful, friendly and knew their job.
Disliked: Room was very small. Family of 4 in a tiny room for 4 days was tough. Didn't know they were so small. Should of done more research so partially my fault. View was fantastic though. Front staff made sure we had a great view for my daughters sweet 16.
