Great value and views on...

Liked: We loved our stay in the city view rooms on the 30th and 35th floors. The location was great, on a street full of flower shops and close to several metro stops, but also walking distance to many sights. The views from our rooms were stunning, and it was nice and quiet. The room with two double beds understandably felt a bit small, but there was still space for a table, chair, etc. The water and ice machine on each floor was good to have when thirsty. The staff was nice, Paulette during breakfast in particular. We liked the hot breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by the relative variety, and even a salad! We had no issues with elevator wait times, except for one morning during a 4-night stay.
Disliked: The room with two double beds felt a bit cramped, but hey, it's Manhattan!

Good money for value

Liked: The view from the high floors above the 30th floor on the downtown side and the service of the staff who were very professional
Disliked: The breakfast

Liked: Fantastic location, very clean rooms with great view. Breakfast was very well organized and offered great choice. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Small rooms but, that's NYC.

Liked: The location was good and the city view from the room was incredible.
Disliked: The breakfast was nice however super overcrowded, both when seated and when walking around the buffer to get food. You could barely move. Some of the reception staff were quite rude, we had an email confirmation received by booking.con that an early check in has been approved and we can check-in early. When i presented this to the woman at reception the answer was a no with zero explanation. There are only 4 lifts for the building, so some mornings we would be waiting over 10 minutes to try and get to breakfast from the 26th floor.
