Great place to stay for...

Liked: Very clean. Good shower- lots of towels. Great location for working in Chelsea. Ample breakfast with good options.. and very nice staff.. especially Miguel the bellman.
Disliked: The room was very small but well designed. The bathroom barn door offered no privacy. We are friends but a door that closes would be better. Very small bathroom space and would not comfortable for anyone overweight. We

Liked: The breakfast was fantasic, the location is perfect, close to the subways, to delis, Penn Station. We got a room on the 40th floor and the view was incredible.
Disliked: There is almost no wardrobe space to put our clothes and stuff.

Would not recommend, definitely overpriced

Liked: The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Small, but enough space when you don't have any suitcases. There was a microwave and a fridge, which is pretty useful. The front desk staff and the maids were all lovely, always smiling.Area wise, it is central enough to go around NY walking or using the subway if you're visiting for the first time and are looking for the touristy stuff.
Disliked: The breakfast was bad. The bagels were okay, but that was it. There is a choice of cold eggs, sausage, bread, bagels and yogourt. You might as well not pay for it, they do not even check if your breakfast is included (you can just walk in).We could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. We got woken up by a child crying at 6h30 every morning, we could hear someone coughing every now and then, and we heard everyone's conversations throughout the day and night. The walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs.

Liked: Check in easy. Room was nice. Coffee in lobby was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was included but it was a mob house. Lines to be seated were always 15-50 people long. I got put on a high floor and the elevator wait/ride was very long since it’s such a busy hotel.
