We expected a much higher...

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Unresponsive staff, rude behavior, lack of assistance.Small rooms, appliances and A/C did not work. My family and I couldn’t have breakfast incl. in the reservation because the tiny area designated for breakfast is not enough for the numbers of customers. Endless queues.

Liked: Location, location, location! Perfect spot. Subway stop right on the corner. Close to everything (coffee, pizza, taco shop right across the street)Loved that it’s in the flower/plant district so walking down the street each day was beautiful to see all the plants and flowers lining the street. Would absolutely stay here again. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Rooms are tiny, but it’s New York so expected. We stayed in a double room, just my teen daughter and myself which was perfect. Anymore people and it’d be very tight. You can hear morning activity pretty easily but it wasn’t disturbing our sleep.

Pleasant, but unsure on value...

Liked: Great location, very comfortable king size bed.
Disliked: Tiny rooms and bathrooms.We need to queue for the breakfast. Breakfast options were quite poor.Elevators took 5-10 mins to arrive in peak times.

Great New York Experience

Liked: Enjoyed a nice view of the city, room was comfortable as was bed. Great to have a microwave and fridge. Staff are all really down to earth and helpful. Nice to walk the street in the morning and check out all the flower shops. Breakfast is good for a Continental style with a few hot options and cereals, muffins and fruit.
Disliked: The cleaners cart right outside my door made it challenging on odd day I needed a nap. Lots of noise from cleaner.Not quite the usual Marriott Experience but comfortable.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great. It was close to a subway station and you could also walk to different areas of New York easily.
Disliked: The breakfast area was really small and the queues for it were really long. It was not worth the wait.The rooms were also a bit small, we barely had place to open our suitcases and there was not enough wardrobe space for our clothes.

Liked: Excellent location, the staff was very good, helpful and professional. The room was very clean every day, the cleaning staff did great job. The view was nice too.
Disliked: A bit small room. There was no space for 2 large suitcases. The shower head was not good and the water temperature was hard to fix. There was no heating radiator for the towels after shower. There were times that we had to wait 5 and 10 minutes for elevator. There were also queues for the breakfast every day. This facility could not accommodate all the people it hosts.
