SpringHill Suites by Marriott Memphis Downtown

Enjoyed everything about the hotel - no complaints.

Liked: Everyone from valet to housekeeping was very very friendly.
Disliked: Dust on the desk chair legs was visible.

I will never recommend anyone...

Disliked: Not very clean, entire room and bathroom smelled like MILDEW EVERYDAY, multiple hidden fees that are not disclosed until checkout, staff untrustworthy and housekeeping was extremely rude.

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent location and the free breakfast had an amazing hot assortment every day… biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, cereal… and more!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel room was very comfortable, upgraded and clean. Facility was nice and the location was great. Walking distance to Beale St. and the ballpark.

Disliked: We were disappointed the parking lot was small valet parking was mandatory and took a minute to retrieve wifi wasn’t working properly the elevator to the Kress building went out twice it was hot and stuffy minimum air conditioning we sweated both Nights stains on couch and in tub
