Great hotel, we went to the House of Blues and was a short walk from our hotel. Very clean and amazing rooms. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Houston.

Liked: Walking distance to the venue. Helpful employees. Loved our room.
Disliked: Construction near the entrance area. No fault of the hotel though.

Liked: Away from a lot of places so it wasn’t too crowded.
Disliked: The cleaning lady that was working on our floor didn’t take the trash as we requested. She or someone else put it back inside our room after we left. Plus, I had to ask for conditioner because mine was empty and we had asked that the bedding to be replaced in one of our rooms because my niece had spilled BBQ sauce on it. None of this was done as we had requested. I had to walk with the Security guard to 4 different floors to find another bed spread that was too small. Plus, the AC was stuck on 65 and my niece is now sick and has an upper respiratory infection. Which the ER said is from the room not being cleaned properly and the AC unit being dirty and too cold. To top that off… I have photos of my shower and bathroom walls and areas that were not cleaned properly. There was an orange bacteria in the shower, with damage to the shower door and water damage to the vanity area. Black mold looking stuff along the baseboards. So, NO, I’m not happy with our stay. We paid way too much money to have all these issues!!!

Liked: Good property only issue was the shower water pressure but all and all was good night
Disliked: Just that it was three different hotels and a little confusing
