Disliked: Pool was out of order. When the listing says there is a pool and people are traveling with kids it's very disappointing to get there and not have a working pool when that is an amenity I based my search on. I could have stayed at a more affordable hotel without a pool. Also the frosted glass bathroom door is awkward when traveling as a family, if you get to close to it you can see the person behind the door. Definitely not a family friendly hotel.

Disliked: Check in was at 3 got there at 5:15 was checked in to a dirty room then was told the only thing we could do was wait in the lobby for the room to be clean then later when we got in our room our keys quit working. The heat was off in the room so it was freezing so took forever to warm up.
