SpringHill Suites by Marriott Detroit Auburn Hills

Disliked: Window leaked very badly!

We enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites in Auburn Hills. It was conveniently located for us to attend the Kid Rock shows at the DTE.

Liked: Spacious room; comfortable bed; very modern; liked the sitting area.
Disliked: Walls are thin - could hear people in the room next to us sneezing.

Liked: Wonderful staff and very clean room.
Disliked: Poor breakfast choices.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean room, nice employees
Disliked: The pool was not only very small (and shallow) but it was also extremely cold, even though the website says it was heated

Liked: The room was perfect for my family. The pull out sofa was a great touch.
Disliked: N/A

Loud

Liked: The hotel looks very nice.
Disliked: This place was so loud, it’s hard enough to get a 1 year old to sleep in a hotel without the loud drunk people outside late and loud people in rooms around you. We were expecting a more family centered hotel but I think this is really more for people traveling without kids maybe.

Liked: I appreciated the sleeper sofa had a pull out mattress under the bed so it could accommodate 2 individuals sleeping separately.
Disliked: The pool was extremely small and COLD! The hotel is outdated, the pictures make it look much better than it is. Staff was very unfriendly.

Disliked: I wish they still had a hot tub the pictures showed one on the internet but when we got there it was gone! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed I was looking forward to a hot tub:( also the room we were in was very small and that was with the king size bed.
