New hotel with a good...

Liked: Brian appeared to be the manager and he was very service driven and was good about coaching his staff. Breakfast - It was just the right amount of offerings.
Disliked: Tissue dispenser did not work - bunched up all of the tissues and I couldn’t extract a single tissue.

Liked: Spacious room, very clean and comfortable, comfortable bed, convenient location close to the airport.
Disliked: Loud and windy air conditioner right by the bedside - even when fan speed is set to minimum. As the windows are sealed we had to keep the air conditioner on for the night and that thing really ruined my night’s sleep.

It was great!

Liked: The staff was super nice and the location was clean and quiet ! We were able to access the host hotel for our conference easily.
Disliked: Paying for parking

Liked: Overall very comfortable stay.
Disliked: A bit chaotic with morning breakfast in the sense it seemed more guests than staff to help keep food readily available. Case in point waffle mix was empty for quite a while. Need to have better coverage to anticipate this.
