Spark by Hilton Kannapolis

Old and dingy. Carpet in main corridor needed replaced. Dingy, dank lobby. Plumbing creaked loudly when in use. Tub stopped up with water; stopper dirty and old. No outlets near mirror. Dark rooms. Literally the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. Bad reflection on chain and brand. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Also pavement broken near entrance and had standing water in major potholes. Terrible.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Very old and in need of many repairs. Could really be torn down and rebuilt from the bottom up.

Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay!We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly—especially the lady working the afternoon/evening shift. She went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome.Our room was spotless—not just the usual surface clean, but truly deep-cleaned and well cared for. The entire property was impressively clean, even with lots of guests in town for a dog show. It's pet-friendly, yet it never smelled like “dog,” which speaks volumes about their attention to cleanliness.The pool was also very clean and properly maintained, which was a nice bonus.Between the kindness of the staff, the excellent cleanliness, and the pet-friendly atmosphere, this stay was an absolute bargain. Highly recommend!

Liked: The beds were very comfortable…. And it was nice and clean. The breakfast wasn’t what expected based on the booking details. But definitely didn’t outshadow the experience.
