Spark by Hilton Kannapolis

Old and dingy. Carpet in main corridor needed replaced. Dingy, dank lobby. Plumbing creaked loudly when in use. Tub stopped up with water; stopper dirty and old. No outlets near mirror. Dark rooms. Literally the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. Bad reflection on chain and brand. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Also pavement broken near entrance and had standing water in major potholes. Terrible.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Very old and in need of many repairs. Could really be torn down and rebuilt from the bottom up.

Superb

Liked: The location and rooms were great. I was disappointed in a very limited continental breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing

The stay was nice comfy...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable…. And it was nice and clean. The breakfast wasn’t what expected based on the booking details. But definitely didn’t outshadow the experience.

Disliked: The continental breakfast was very lacking. Could do much better. I mean a bagel oatmeal hard-boiled egg banana apple yogurt not a very good breakfast was very disappointed.

Liked: I like location and price but could be lower. Clean and fair upkeep.
Disliked: The elevator was down and stayed on the third floor.
