Liked: Location was great, right on sovereign Hill. Facilities were ok.
Disliked: Ordered a hot breakfast on our first morning and it was terrible. It came out lukewarm at best and the quality of products used were just as bad. We were in a room that was on the bottom level and i think there should be signs in the rooms above telling people that every time you jump it vibrates to the rooms underneath. You could clearly hear the people above us as they were pretty loud. A sign in those rooms may help with keeping noise levels down.

Liked: Great place to stay on a budget. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The handle on the front door didn't work properly; it would get stuck and was sometimes hard to open, even though the light turned green when we inserted and removed the key pass.
