Location wise good stay ,...

Liked: Check in facilitate
Disliked: Rooms where not clean, blankets were no wash ( unknown bad smell was coming from it) , hot water tap was not functional in bathroom.

Superb

Was nice otherwise - staff...

Liked: Room was clean and large
Disliked: Chair in room, dirty stained and very uncomfortable - room was cold on arrival and took ages with heating to warm up, no electric blankets on beds

Convenient & charming

Liked: Very convenient backing on to Sovereign Hill. Staff on check in (I didn't get her name), wonderful service & a few great recommendations
Disliked: The toilet seat & lid were barely hanging on, moved while you were on it. The toilet paper fell off the holder every time you went to the toilet as the stopper had fallen off & the holder is way too close to the toilet.

Exceptional

Liked: Cute done up old time house converted to hotel rooms
Disliked: can hear people in other rooms

Comfortable

Liked: Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious.
Disliked: The rooms are very tired and run down. Blinds in bedrooms and kitchen were broken. Only 4 chairs for a space that sleeps 8 and the window in the bathroom didn’t lock.
