Liked: The staff; Leo and Haytam were very helpful. The facilities, location and the smell
Disliked: I didnmt like the deposit application which is released from your card at the beginning even if your deal is not that full amount. So you have to deal with the reimbursement process.

Liked: The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was just as pictured in the photos. Very clean and comfy. It was also very quiet. Overall, exactly as expected and would recommend.
Disliked: We ordered food service to the room. The food was good but I thought it was quite overpriced for what it is. Also it would have been good to have a mini-bar menu with costs for each item

Liked: Great vibe. Beautiful comfy room. Nice restaurant and lounges. Good staff. Amazing location. Right on the Elizabeth line. Easy to get anywhere In London.
Disliked: The only criticism is that the gym needs some upgrades in machines

Aging and worsening offering

Liked: I’ve always enjoyed visiting the south place. It’s clean and conveniently located with good food. But I haven’t been in a while
Disliked: It’s definitely downgraded since the last few years. No more Porter and limited facilities which have aged a bit. Worst of all they have adopted the American style of tipping asking paying guests to contribute to back office staff. As if we don’t pay a regular overnight rate !
