Liked: Great restaurant Quiet location Bicycle wash facilities and parking

Very good

Would not like to book...

Liked: It was a clean hotel. The bed sheets felt that they were of good quality.
Disliked: Old furniture, bad mattress. The single bed/bathroom was small.The breakfast was mediocre and a bit bland.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very friendly. We got upgraded to a deluxe room. Massive room. Will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Loved the Jacuzzi and Spa, breakfast was also very nice.
Disliked: Didn't like it that we were downstairs next to the main door, so couldn't have the window open....got very warm in there, maybe should supply a fan in the room.Shower temperature wasn't good when we used it, but that could be due to other guests using theirs at the same time.Also it's not a four poster bed as shown in pictures.

Would definitely re-book.

Great family run hotel near...

Liked: Staff could not have been more helpful. Upon noticing my mother struggle on the stairs they carried our bags back down and immediately found us downstairs rooms.Everyone was really kind.Great breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Hotel with comfy room, scrumptious...

Liked: Well sized room with all amenities including a fridge in the room. Very well located if working at Addenbrookes with parking facilities. The proprietor of the hotel is very attentive to your needs and very kind. First hotel where I felt pampered when it came to breakfast.
Disliked: The cleaning staff were quite loud and noisy. I was trying to sleep post night shift but woke up due to the disturbance. They are probably not used to customers being around during the daytime.
