Great city centre hotel.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location in the centre of Valencia.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Liked: We had single rooms. The room was a decent size with a single bed. We had dressing gowns and slippers, shampoo, conditioner and extra toiletries including toothbrush. The room had lovely touches e.g. Nespresso coffee. The beds were comfortable with soft pillows. Staff were helpful despite the power cut which was affecting all of Spain. They accepted storage of our luggage. Excellent breakfast with fruit and decent coffee. was a great stay in a city central hotel. The staff even helped us with our luggage as lifts were not working due to power cut.

I would certainly recommend it.

Liked: The staff was 10/10, everyone was extremely kind and open to support with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was working perfectly. My room was in a 1st floor, the window looking at the very center and still the noise isolation was perfect.
Disliked: n/a

Liked: The location is brilliant. Old town is beautiful. Staff so friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops all around.

Superb

Liked: Location is perfect! 2-minute walk from subway station and in the middle of the centre with tons of restaurants.Staff is friendly. Check-out at 12 is always nice. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: The room is very dim. The shutters of the window are and stay down. If you open the window there is only pipes and stuff like that outside. So I ended up with a room without view out of the window.There was sometimes a sewage smell at the reception.
