Overall, A very nice Stay...

Liked: Location was excellent, accommodations were very good. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The pool area was quiet and very relaxing Our suite was very nice and accommodating and in very nice condition overall. The staff and place was very nice.
Disliked: The couch in our suite was very dirty and stained. We went to Target and bought a bedcover to cover couch while we were there. There was a moderate stain on living room carpet, which should have been cleaned before we came. The microwave door outer stripping was broken, but the microwave did work.

I injoyed my stay

Liked: Staff Gary Anderson was really great. Clean room, location,Any problems were taken care of immediately. Pool and hot tub were always clean.
Disliked: Because of the large amount of traffic you could hear the I-17 at times

Very good

Liked: The people working at the front desk were genuinely nice, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hide-a-bed was not comfortable for an adult. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, but the helpful people at the front desk got us a different room for the remainder of our stay.

Disliked: Wont even clean the bed properly, no tooth paste provided and everything we have to buy and water wont go to sink properly even in bathtub also in wash basin which is horrible thing, No cleaning at all as they do once a week.
