Executive Residency by BW Philadelphia-Willow Grove

I stayed for a 1 night getaway with wife. We were happy in all.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean facility; not over the top facility, but clean, functional, and efficient.

Disliked: We arrived and no one was at the front desk, we waited about 10 minutes. we went up to our room to no air conditioning , i called the front desk several times to no answer, i went down to the front desk and no one at the desk again, after 20 minutes of waiting he arrived and went up to the room to confirm it was not working. he left us there to get new us the new room cards. As we walked to the elevator he went into a room. It looked like he had a room there and abandoned the front desk. The room smelled like smoke. It was late and we were tired. It took more about 2 hours for us to get settled.

Disliked: I have stayed here a lot but I’m afraid it’s come to an end, within 10 minutes me and kids were bit by bedbugs and immediately left

Liked: The 1st room had roaches! Tv didn't work heat didn't work. 2nd room microwave didn't work lamp didn't work

Liked: The facility is very nice, seemingly well maintained..
Disliked: I didn’t like the microwave in the HANDICAPPED UNIT, as it is tilted .. the turntable was not the correct one for the microwave and it was frightening to think it could fall at anything, and the HANDICAPPED bathroom was like from Alice in Wonderland.. sink was literally coming off the wall, and also at an angle so everything fell into the sink because it is so slanted, and lastly, the shower basically flooded the bathroom every time you showered
