Disliked: No hot water available. Had to leave. I would highly recommend no one to try this rat hole.

We attended a concert at PNC and the location was very close to both the concert and the interstate without a lot of traffic. The only complaint I have is the bed was not very comfortable. The room was nicer than I expected for the rate. The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I would stay here again!

We stayed one night due to attending a concert at Verizon and then going to the beach the next day. Clean, safe environment, friendly staff - just didn't see alot of people around to ask questions late at night. We would stay here again. Safety and clean were the biggest sellers. There were also a few sub and pizza places very close by with excellent food.

Liked: Very clean, safe, well lit environment.
Disliked: Were not sure about who to go to when you wanted to buy snacks. Few people around at night to ask.

This hotel was a disappointment, feeling more like a halfway house than a hotel.

Liked: I liked that I was able to take my dog with me.
Disliked: The room smelled like heavy smoke with a thick layer of deodorant over top of it. There was food left in the refridgerator and the bed was messy looking making me wonder if it was even clean. There were scratched sections of the wall and large chunck of chipped paint on the wall where the recliner should have been. The curtains were very old and sundamaged. I couldn't stay. The smell of my room made my throat burn and my eyes water. I checked out a day early and booked another hotel a few miles away.

Liked: Marissa Gianton made our stay a pleasure. She was so attentive to the concerns we had with the room. She personally worked to resolve our issues and eventually moved us to another room. That's what we call above and beyond service.
Disliked: The rooms are definitely ready for an upgrade.

Liked: Location was good and some of staff were friendly
Disliked: Hair in shower a piece of hair in bed and some of the smells of food lingered in the halls all weekend.
