Sonesta Select San Jose Airport

Disappointing.

Disliked: Booked for a week. Unexpectedly had to leave after two nights. Was not able to get even the slightest refund, even though actually checked out so early.

Liked: I stay at the Sonesta consistently, the staff is execeptional, Especially, Elyas, Jessica and Tanya. They have all been great help! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Airport convenience

Liked: Value and location, as well as airport parking.
Disliked: Was hoping it had a restaurant like the Milpitas Ca location

It was OK. Very basic...

Liked: The location and level of cleanliness is acceptable. The staff were ok. Side entrances from the parking lot for guests made it convenient with loading and unloading suitcases.
Disliked: The check in time was later than most places. I asked about early check in and they charge an additional $45 if you want to check in before 4PM. There is no automatic housekeeping service. So, no additional coffee unless you ask for it. I am not sure if there is an extra charge or not. There wasn't any breakfast available.
