Disliked: No breakfast, no complimentary water upon check in, no complimentary coffee or cocoa in the lobby for guest. I will not stay in another Sonesta. The cost of the room and no breakfast is something they should consider.

Disliked: No working ice makers the refrigerator was two small no freezer area the room was small not realy no coffee creamer are sugar
