The staff was very friendly and offered their shuttle service to take us to the concert, but we decided to walk since it was so close. Would definitely stay here again!
Liked: Close enough to venue to walk to it. Room was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing negative to report!

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.
Liked: Staff was excellent, attentive, and helpful. Loved the room and view.
Disliked: No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Good place. Definitely it worth...
Liked: Good location close to Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola World,.Georgia Tech University.
Disliked: The breakfast bar was offering less, than some refreshment bars at company events.

Liked: Parking and building was super clean, room was good for the price, locking door inside the room was great
Disliked: My stay at this hotel was not the best, primarily due to the lack of attentive service. The staff across different areas were not very helpful—whether it was providing directions, explaining amenities, or offering basic assistance. There were no clear instructions on how to locate rooms or facilities, making the experience needlessly confusing. What stood out negatively was the staff’s attitude. Responses were often curt, limited to the bare minimum, and lacked a genuine willingness to assist. In one instance, a staff member was wearing AirPods while handling a customer request, which led to a mistake with my order. Such inattentiveness reflects poorly on the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. While the hotel itself have decent facilities, the overall experience was marred by the indifferent service. For the price paid, I expected much better hospitality.
