The staff was very friendly and offered their shuttle service to take us to the concert, but we decided to walk since it was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Close enough to venue to walk to it. Room was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing negative to report!

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: Staff was excellent, attentive, and helpful. Loved the room and view.
Disliked: No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Disliked: Having to pay $30 for parking is ridiculous, especially since the location is in a space-where no one other than the people visiting the hotel would even attempt to park there. The furniture in the rooms were worn and outdated. Why have a balcony with no seating.

Disliked: Everything. Bad attitude with staff and dirty rooms.

old facilities, dirty room, rude...

Disliked: my rate should include breakfast but there was no breakfast served as the breakfast lady was sick apparently. ridiculous.
