Superb

Liked: Great comfortable and spacious rooms. Even the smaller rooms have inside them a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchen. Great for short and long term stays. Also the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is very good. Its proximity to the highway makes it a little noisy when standing outside the rooms, but inside the rooms it's very quiet thanks to noise proof door and windows.

Aside from the clogged up...

Liked: Love the space and grounds. Awesome area for pets especially for our service animal. Towels by the pool are a plus! Bbq grills available.
Disliked: Bathroom sink was clogged up. Unable to use , instead we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink.The floors of the bedroom right above ours (113) creaked loudly. Need to reenforce sound barrier.

Disliked: They did not honor the booking.com price for room. They overcharged me double, they didn’t answer my phone calls. They lied!!! They never answered my emails. They refused to refund me the money they owed me. I will never stay at their hotel again
