Liked: The property is newly renovated. Breakfast is good
Disliked: For 5 days we were there no housekeeping made at all. Trash was overflowing , no change is sheets and towels or even a refill of toilet paper . I have always stayed in ither hotels even a mom and pop one for a few days and they always come and refill and clean the room .We even had an uninvited visitor due to overflowing trash in the room.On our last day, someone knocked on out door before check out to ask what time we will leave thats around 1025 when we have until 1100 am to checkout. We felt rushed leaving and that is the only time that we saw housekeeping. Lastly, upon check out I was going to call front desk to let them know we are leaving but phone in the unit is not even working it is just for display so I didnt bother to let them know

Fantastic hotel but could use...

Liked: Great room! It was more like a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment than a hotel room. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Pull out sofa was comfortable. We were missing some bedding for the sofa and the front desk was super fast at getting it, even though it was after midnight.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great and ended pretty early. Noisy guests in other rooms and no one seemed to control them. Barking dogs in one room and kids outside literally screaming in another.

Disliked: Despite making requests way early, we didn't get rooms on the first floor and physically assisted ones. Our room had a noisy bathroom fan and flush , broken knob on the stove thereby inaccessible. There was a lot of movement of non visitors at night which made us really feel insecure.A fire alarm was triggered and we had to bring down our elderly people only to know it was a false alarm .

Don't waste your money

Liked: The room size was nice
Disliked: I would not recommend this place to anyone. this was our first time, and it will be our last time. not worth the money they charge. it's very dirty, full of rats and cockroaches. Homeless people everywhere. everytime we walked up our stairs, there was constant bags of garbage on the ground. poor customer service. One of the rooms next to us had constant people in and out of her room, that at one point knocked on our door and asked, is this where you are doing massages. This place is horrible. We will never go back.
