It’s no longer a hotel

Liked: The hotel does not exist!!! Booking.com has not notified us! We were there in the middle of the night without a place to stay! Outrageous! I want a compensation!!!

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: When we arrived we found that in February 2024 the hotel had been converted into social housing. We were not notified of this change by the hotel or by Booking.com. When we contacted Booking.com they said it was the hotel’s fault we hadn’t been contacted about the change of use. As we made the booking through Booking.com we thought they would have responsibility to notify us of any change. However, from this, and previous bookings made through Booking.com we have found they are not helpful when things go wrong so we will not be using their service again.

There was no stay

Liked: It was closed and turned into apartments. We were lot notified by the hotel or Booking.com and left stranded in Houston

Liked: We had a confirmed booking for 16th -21st April BUT apparently had closed down back in February!!!
Disliked: They were closed

Disliked: hotel didn't exist - but there is an unaffiliated Sonesta hotel down the road which happened to have space, and was perfectly nice.

Liked: This property doesn't exist. It is closed for condo conversion. We drove up to find the doors shut with under-renovation signage. Why is this being offered on Booking.com?!
