Second year in a row we stayed here for the Phish shows! Great staff; great pool parties. Will be back again next year. 10 minute drive to MPP! And a Chick-fil-A in walking distance. Phish phans rate this hotel at 10/10!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is what all hotels should look like. Clean, modern, the bed was perfect, the place smelled like we were the first to ever use it. Your view is the pool and beautiful sitting area. The breakfast was delicious with many options. I can't rave enough about the room. Just perfect!
Liked: I would love to give 10 stars. Clean, real clean, friendly staff, beautiful!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean, and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Liked: the pool was nice
Disliked: The sitting room furniture is beat No buffet breakfast like the previous stay due to covid and they cut the coffee off at 9 am No

Liked: It was a very roomy two bedroom suite, very impressive.
Disliked: Wish they ere back to serving breakfast. They are very abrupt about ending grab and go breakfast. My husband was 2 minutes late and would not accommodate him with a breakfasts.

Liked: -Bed was comfortable-Right near a giant and Chick-fil-A and gas station! -inside shower wash, shampoo and conditioner was nice
Disliked: - hallway had a smell- bug was in kitchen (maybe because room was close to exit door but still nasty) - they allow dogs - we came down for breakfast 5 minutes early and had to wait the 5 minutes. Staff was just disappointing. Made me, a 8 1/2 month pregnant women, stand and wait.

Liked: The size of the room
Disliked: Well you could?ve informed paying guest that some of the rooms house homeless families. The halls smelled like stale fried food, urine and pot. They were cluttered with dirty laundry and garbage. The carpets need to be cleaned. The price I paid for my stay was not worth the quality of the hotel. And why does the pool close at 6?

You can do better!!
Liked: Good location and design layout.
Disliked: The parking is too few and exposed.No breakfast is inexcusable after Covid pandemic abated.Room Furniture are tired and scratched up and need to be spruced up!

Liked: Customer service from the previous manager (she had an Island accent) and the young lady at the front desk.
Disliked: Initially, everything was as expected. Good value.As I was preparing to check out, in the morning, I got a stomach ache that had me going to the bathroom constantly. I called the front desk to ask for 30 more minutes beyond check out time to get myself together. The manager was very short in her response and emphatically said NO and that they had another party coming in. Before I could explain what was going on she quickly if that was all and I said thank you and had to run to the bathroom. Please note that the front desk attendant who first answered the phone was kind and considerate and wanted to confirm the 30 minute extension with her manager as protocol. The manager needs to attend classes in customer service a d being solution focused. The whole time I was in the bathroom, I felt nervouse because I thought someone was going to knock on the door and tell me to get out because it was last check out time and I was still in the bathroom nauseous with a running stomach. Needless to say, I was not able to leave until 35 minutes after scheduled check out. I wanted to confront the manager but felt weak and tired and just wanted to get out of there. I have stayed at Sonesta several time for at least 3 days at a time. The managers I encountered and the staff have always been nice and friendly. On my way out, I saw the manager and did not recognize her. She looked up ate with my luggage in my hands exiting the hotel and did not utter a word. The young lady on the other side of the front desk smiled and told me to have a good day. I highly recommend that the manager take refresher classes on customer service and solution focused approach. What if something else was wrong with me other than food poisoning? She caused unnecessary anxiety that did not help the situation.

Liked: The location and it was pet friendly.
Disliked: Very noisy late at night. Air condition unit was loud. Not a comfortable stay would not return.

Great, but could have been...
Liked: The space was very comfy and if all the negative stuff I didnt like didnt happen I would have given a 9 or 10 rating instead as I actually enjoyed my stay bad stuff aside.
Disliked: The first room we were assigned to was near the rear entrance where people would go out and smoke. The smell consequently made its way into the room before we even got up there and we tried to tough it out for one night until another similar room was available the next day. One of the plates had chipped and I went to ask if we could get another one and the person at the front desk had no idea where they'd be. Electric outlet socket connections were also very loose when trying to plug things in to the night stands.
