Quiet location, clean room. No...

Liked: Room was clean; room on ground floor with easy access. Room was quiet. Nice to have the fridge and the coffee machine. Didn't take advantage of the pool area, but seemed quite nice.
Disliked: We really feel that a human should be present for check-in. The "robot" voice was too loud, so that the sound ricocheted against the walls making it difficult to understand the person at the other end. Also, as the drain in the shower had a problem, there is no one to talk to (Sent a message via reply email, got no answer. If you're in room 107 post April 3, and the drain is slow, maybe the robot is a better answer). We understand that the robot is more economical, but having a human presence is better, in our opinion. Please note that the person at the other end of the robot was pleasant and professional.Perhaps due to the drain problem, there was a strong sulfur smell in the bathroom.There were 2 queen beds, but no much room for anything else. We feel that perhaps 2 smaller beds (or a bed and sofa-bed) with real chairs and a table would be better.
