Liked: Good lactation and was close to a lot of amenities.
Disliked: I don’t like to write bad reviews but I felt it was necessary as I didn’t want anyone to be in the same position as me of thinking this was going to be a rustic hotel in heart of Beverly Hills. Upon check in things just started poorly, I had been on a long haul flight so I asked the front desk that I was here to check in and was informed to check my emails on how to check in, this was a extremely difficult process and was not straight forward so I asked the front desk can’t they just check me in but they said “no we sent the email at 7am this morning” implying I had time to sort this but as stated above I was on a 12 hour flight. After finally checking in via the app we got to our room and the code would not work on the door so we needed to go back to the front desk, the receptionist had informed me that the code had “timed out” so it needed to be reset so she was going to give us the manual key, she came back 5 mins later to say she couldn’t find the key. They did eventually reset the and give us our code, something that could have been done before. This wasn’t it just for the check in process!! The door then needed batteries replaced so we were told that maintenance can do this in the morning, we decided to go out that evening but our door wouldn’t lock due to the batteries so the receptionist changed them in under 5 minutes (again, why this wasn’t down the first time time I will never know). We finally did get into our room but what we were greeted with was not a rustic room in Beverly Hills, it had dirty floors, very small room, windows that don’t open, broken Cofee machine and no room to swing a cat never mind storage of bags.

Liked: staff are great,;location fantastic very cool boutique hotel.
Disliked: the room we where put in was backing a carpark and restaurant loading dock it was so load at all hours of the day and night also after a 3 day stay I think they need to have housekeeping...more toiletries also.

Disliked: small, strong cleaning chemicals smell, windows are fixed and do not open, bathroom was unpainted and had cement wall
